This week we have received the results of this year's Great Place to Work survey and we would like to share good news like this this weekend! It's really fun that we not only maintained the first year's good results, we've surpassed it.
"It feels great fun, it's actually unusual to increase after the first year when we already had a good result. This year we have a really good result and we are on the same level as Top 25 Best Workplaces in 2017, "says Sophia Johansson, HR Manager at We Consulting.
Employee survey and cultural investment
GPTW survey consists of two parts - a staff survey and a culture survey. The employee survey is a survey based on more than 30 years of study on employee experience at the workplace. The survey focuses on what drives engagement and profitability within the organization, but also provides a zero-status report on employee index and leadership index.
culture inventory focuses on culture and employer offerings. Through this we get an overview of how we work with recruitment, development, communication and other activities that create a profitable and healthy workplace culture.
From good to better
In this year's survey, 94% of all respondents said that "all in all, I would say that this is a very good workplace", which is a really good result.
97% think this is a friendly workplace and 95% answer that they are proud of what we achieve.
– It's really fun that we managed to create a living value base among both coworkers and leaders. From the very beginning, just culture and employees have been important pillars, and despite the fact that in just four years we have grown to 180 employees, we have managed to build and develop the culture we want, says Sophia Johansson.
We Consulting is now for the second consecutive year certified as one Great Place to Work, an award we were the first in Sweden to get last year!
